Round 1 : SHOW OFF INQUIRY
Round 1: Strut & Q&A
Strut your stuff and show us what you’ve got!
Two Parts (A & B)
Part A – Strut & Pose:
Each team will take to the stage in an outfit of your choice—matching, mismatched, or somewhere in between. Just make it cohesive and stylish. Make a grand entrance, strike your poses, and own the stage with flair and personality.
Part B – Q&A:
After all teams have completed their strut and pose, each team will return to the stage one at a time for the Q&A, pageant-style. Expect the unexpected: a silly question deserves a silly (or fabulous) answer! Whether your response is true, made-up, or totally outrageous, just have fun and be yourself—there are no wrong answers.
End of Round 1:
Before exiting the stage, each team will select an envelope containing the details for Round 2, including the mystery prop you’ll be working with next.
Round 2 : SHIMMY SHAKE DOWN
Round 2: Dance Battle – Improv Showdown
We challenge you to a dance off….
Paired teams will go head-to-head in an all-out dance battle! Each team must bring their unique style, skills, and spontaneity to the floor—think fast, move big, and improvise like a pro.
Key Rules:
Own Your Style: Use your strengths, get creative, and have fun with it. The stage is yours—make it unforgettable!
One Dancer at a Time: Only one team member may perform at a time. To switch, dancers must tag their teammate.
Prop Play: If a team sets down their prop, the opposing team is allowed to steal it—forcing them to adapt on the spot.
Teams may also attempt to negotiate and convince others to trade props mid-performance.
Round 3 : TEASER TWIST
Round 3: Performance & Card Game Twist
Trust your teammate, make a plan, and leave it all on the stage—it’s time to give it everything you’ve got!
Performance
Each team will perform a prepared burlesque act of their choice.
- Small props are permitted.
- Minimal setup is allowed.
- Absolutely no mess is permitted on stage.
Card Game Twist
During intermission, each team will draw a card from the deck.
- Every card represents a unique obstacle that must be creatively incorporated into their performance.
