I have started this webpage and blog to discuss all aspects of my life and give advice on different topics from my knowledge, perspective and experiences. I don’t claim to know everything as I feel that once you believe you know everything, you then stop learning. The best part about having such a busy life is meeting so many different people and hearing their stories, which has also prompted me to stop talking about doing it and take action. Would you believe that writing was my least favourite subject at school. I’m literally giggling to myself whilst writing this, thinking what on earth are you doing, isn’t this like a nightmare to you (LOL). Biography
With eyes as doe as a deer, hair as black as ebony, and skin as white as snow, Delza Skye is the Snow White that wandered out of the woods and into a candy-coated dream. Channeling a hint of Cruella De Vil, you’ll need more than an apple to catch her eye. She’s the donut queen, crowned in a swirl of pink, yellow, and blue sprinkles. She’s not just a treat, she’s the whole dessert cart.
With lips as red as a Valentine’s Day kiss and curve and swerve in all the right places.
She’s a multifaceted role model and an all-round talent. Hailing from the vintage world of classic pinup Delza is not only an awarded pinup but a fierce burlesque artist, teacher and mentor, producer, published model, writer, makeup artist and the owner of her own boutique beauty salon, Saran Pike Beauty…. and now the Owner and Director of Skye High Burlesque and Creator of Battle Burlesque : Championship Of Tease.
Her leadership is built on authenticity, creativity, and a deep commitment to her community. With her signature red lips, bold style, and heart wide open, Delza doesn’t just set the bar, she raises it in heels. Empowering others through performance, education, and example, this sugar-glazed CEO proves that when you mix brains, beauty, and business…. the Skye’s truly the limit.

More About Delza
My Beauty World
In 1999 I graduated beauty college with credits and a commendation award and by the end of 2000 I opened my very own salon. My salon went from an all in one beauty room at the back of a hair salon in a hotel to a 5 room day spa with staff. I had my salon in the city for 14 years until I decided that working from home was the best option for myself and my little family. I have a beautiful custom built (by my husband) boutique beauty room at my home and I couldn’t be happier. I have been in business for 19 years now and still to this day I have a few of my very first clients still coming to see me. I now specialise in waxing and makeup but do almost all beauty services.
My Pinup World
My pinup journey started in 2014 when I decided to enter the Miss Perth Pinup Calendar competition. I had never dressed like this before but I had always loved the look. It took me weeks to get use to wearing red lipstick and now I can’t live without it. After that first photo shoot I was hooked but it did take a few years to transition over to being a fulltime pinup. I’d say 90% of the time I’m dressed pinup and the other 10% is what I call my lazy days…. jeans, tshirt and simple make up.
From my very first pinup photo shoot to now I’ve done many more shoots with a range of amazing photographers, been in the Miss Perth Pinup Calendar 3 times, published in 1 Australian and 3 international pinup magazines several times now and was the cover girl for Smitten Kitten Pinup Magazine (formally known as Sex Kitten Pinup Magazine), competed in many pinup parade competitions and I was crowned Perth Pinup Prom Queen 2018, Miss Spring Glamour Runner Up 2019, Crowed favourite at Miss Sou’West 2019 and most recently being crowned Miss Summer Glamour 2020. I was also awarded two awards at the Perth Pinup Christmas Party ‘Tenacious Perth Pinup Of The Year’ and ‘Supportive Perth Pinup Of The Year’ 2019.
My Burly World
I first stepped out on stage and performed my first ever burlesque solo on the 12th December 2015. Since then I’ve been hooked and have worked hard on developing my style and character over the years. I would best describe my on stage persona as dramatic, fierce, confident and a whole lot of filthy cheek. After leaving the studio I was at, I have bloomed and found my girl squad, Ivy Temptress, Madame Demi Diva, Calypso D’light and myself make ‘The After Dusk Darlings’. Performing together and also as independent performers. In March 2019 I travelled to Newcastle to compete in my first burlesque competition, Burlesque Idol. What an absolutely amazing experience. Then in May 2019 competed in the first ever Apprentease – Burlesque Excellence Awards. From there it’s been absolute ride…. from competing in Mx Burlesque, to producing my first ever show, opening Skye High Burlesque, and creating Battle Burlesque.
